My name is Jaret Campisi. I've been an athlete, coach and trainer for over 16 years. I ran track for 4 years in high school where I won 5 state championship medals and was one of the best track athletes in the history of the state of Pennsylvania.
I earned a scholarship to run at Penn State University where I was a Big Ten Champion hurdler, NCAA All-American and competed in the US Olympic Trials. I've coached 2 years at the high school level and another 4 years at the college level.
The plans and information I share on my website and Youtube channel are things I've learned from personal experience and from training with some of the best athlete and coaches in the world. I absolutely love track and field along with health and fitness and I'm so thrilled to be able to have the opportunity to share my knowledge with others.
