My name is Jaret Campisi. I am a fitness model, personal trainer, track and field coach, physique competitor and fitness educator.
My goal with this site is to share all the knowledge I have gained over my years of being an athlete and coach with you. I want you to know how amazing it feels to be in the best shape of your life and I want to do everything I can to help you get there.
To me, fitness is a lifestyle. There are so many over the top diet and workout trends that are impossible to keep up for any extended period of time. Sure, you might see some improvements in the short term, but if its not something you can keep up for the rest of your life, then is it really worth it? That's why my philosophy is "change that lasts a lifetime." I want to show you that its possible to eat foods you like, do workouts you enjoy, get in great shape and keep it up for the rest of your life . No gimmicks, no crazy diets, no secrets, just plain and simple. Work hard, be consistent, enjoy the journey and your life will change.
On this site I will share all the things I do in order to stay in great shape and continue to lead a healthy lifestyle long after my athletic career has ended. At the age of 31, I'm in the best shape of my life and I'm here to tell you its never to late to start. You can build and shape your body however you like. If you really want it bad enough, trust me, you can do it. There is a quote I've heard a bunch of times and it really rings true with me when it comes to health and fitness. "Whether you think you can or can't, you're probably right." Just like anything else, it all starts with your mindset. The mind controls the body and when you learn this fact, there is no end to what you can achieve. Dream big and chase them until you can't pick up your legs to take another step. No one else will pursue your passion for you. Your life is in your own hands and for me, it all starts with health and fitness.
