I use the flexible dieting method which means we will decide on a macro ratio that works for you and will allow you to eat foods you like as long as they fall within your macros for each day.
My goal as with anything else I do is it has to be sustainable. Its about changing your lifestyle so you can "diet" for the rest of your life and its not some crazy fast that you can't keep up for more than a week.
This plan will allow for weekly check ups and adjustments to your plan for 6 weeks.

Its a Monday-Friday routine which leaves weekends free but still gets you amazing results.
-Every workout for each day is included along with exact reps, rest times, exercises etc.
1. Each workout is only focused on one body part so the workouts shouldn't take longer than 45 min.
2. Since you're only hitting one body part you can completely exhaust all of the muscle fibers for maximum growth and symmetry.
3. You get amazing recovery since you don't hit the same body part until the following week. So you can be absolutely sure the muscles are recovered before you hit them again.
4. And finally, its not as taxing on your body so I have plenty of energy to do other things in my life such as work, go to school, have fun with friends etc.
